If your video card is on this list, but doesn't work:
Make sure you have the latest video card drivers from the manufacturer's web page.
  Make sure you have DirectX 7.0 properly installed
If your video card is not on this list, or you're not sure:
Try the "Automatic" display mode
If the "Automatic" display mode doesn't work:
Gearhead Garage may incorrectly detect a working Direct3D video card on your machine. If Automatic mode doesn't work at all, this is probably what's happening. You should switch to "Software" mode in this case.
If the "Software" display mode doesn't work:
Get the latest drivers for your video card and reinstall DirectX 7.0.
If the "Software" display mode STILL doesn't work:
Let us know what kind of video card you have, what kind of computer you have, how much RAM you have, and a brief description of what happens when you try to play the game in Software mode.
